At Red Apple we begin with a full mock SAT exam at our center. After we evaluate this, your student can focus on the subject areas that will yield the most improvement for him/her.

To improve the essay score, we break down each segment of writing into separate components. Then, we teach how to write strong opening statements, how to effectively organize your thoughts and how to powerfully close your essay. Lessons focus on grammar and word usage as well as sentence style.

Math instruction begins by reviewing the specific formulas that we know will be on the test. Each student completes problem after problem written by the College Board with guidance from his/her instructor - each step of the way climbing the ladder to mastery.

The critical reading section of the exam is boosted by expanding vocabulary and improved reading comprehension. Add to this the test taking strategies that we will teach your student and this gives you a recipe for success on the SAT.

The course finishes with another full mock SAT. We score this and provide a private consultation so that your child is thoroughly prepared for the actual SAT.
